But not advisable for more than 3 hours of delay due to the presence of egg.
Yes, the dough is slightly stickier, wearing the disposable gloves help. Or you may want to reduce the liquid quantity by 10g to overcome this problem :)My Mind Patchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08146810650379134991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5651062489254246823.post-58546252298729950612017-01-05T08:21:12.693-08:002017-01-05T08:21:12.693-08:00Thank you for your reply, Ngai Leng.

Meaning instead of 2:55 timer, I set it at say 3:55 or 4:55 to delay the start ?

2. For step 12, the dough has turned out too sticky to roll into a ball like your which look so smooth. May I know why ? Texture came out nice but a chewy crust.

My bread loaf did not have an even color like yours. It had two colors - light brown and dark brown. Probably the brown sugar wasn't kneaded evenly? But all in all, still good. =D

Do you know how much ingredients should I increase to make a 750g loaf?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
