Mango Yoghurt Bread (breadmaker)

A very soft texture yoghurt bread with faint aroma of mango coming from the added mango yoghurt :)

Yield: one 12Lx10Wx15Hcm loaf, about 490g
Using Breadmaker : Whirlpool BM1000

Ingredients
70g whole milk
20g condensed milk
120g mango yoghurt

25g beaten egg

30g raw sugar
1/4 tsp salt

20g unsalted butter

225g bread flour

25g wholemeal flour
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast

Some beaten egg as egg wash

Direction
1. Pour fresh milk, condensed milk and mango yoghurt into a heat resistant bowl.

2. Keep warm the yoghurt-milk mixture in a rice cooker for 10 minutes.

3. Pour the yoghurt-milk mixture into the bread pan.

4. Pour the 25g (about 1/2 an egg) beaten egg into the bread pan.

5. Add in the raw sugar and salt.

6. Add in 20g unsalted butter.

 7. Pour in the bread flour.

8. Add in the wholemeal flour.

9. Dig a hole with your finger, and pour in the instant dry yeast.

10. Place the bread pan into the machine, close the lid and turn on the power.

11. Select option "5" Sweet bread, choose your preferred crust colour, and press "start".

Optional
If you like to give the loaf an egg glaze, you need to apply it just before the baking cycle starts.

12. Start the countdown timer to about 1 hour before the ending time.

13. Brush a thin coat of beaten egg over the top.

14. Transfer the loaf to a cooling rack immediately after the baking cycle ends.

15. Slice the bread after it has cooled down :)

Variation
When the countdown timer reaches 1:55, after brushing the dough with a thin coat of egg wash, you can sprinkle about 15g of shredded white cheese over the top. It would be better to opt for "Medium" crust colour, to achieve a crispy cheesy crust :)
