Sweet Pizza Bun 甜比萨面包

This is called a sweet pizza bun as it has not been added with the usual spices like oregano, basil or garlic. It only has a little spicy, sweet and sour taste coming from the tomato-chili sauce to softly wake up your tastebuds in the morning. Make this sweet pizza buns as your first meal of the day *\(^o^)/*

50g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp sliced button mushroom
2 tbsp diced green capsicum
2 tbsp diced pineapple*

Dash of coarse black pepper

*if you are using fresh cut pineapple, add 1/2 tsp of sugar to it, and let it stands for about 15 minutes to drain away the excess pineapple juice. This helps to keep the bun drier during baking :)

Direction
1. Prepare dough using breadmaker "dough" function.

3. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions each weighs about 45g.

4. Roll up the individual portion into a ball. Coat with bread flour and keep in a covered mixing bowl. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

5. Roll the dough ball into a round flat dough slightly bigger than the paper mould.

6. Place the doughs into paper mould with the side folded upright.

7. Spray some water and let the dough proof in a closed oven for about 20 minutes.

8. After the 20 minutes of proofing, use a fork to poke some holes in the centre of the dough.

9. Apply a thin coat of egg wash round the edge of the dough.

10. Arrange 4/5 of the mozzarella cheese, button mushroom slice, capsicum, pineapple and sausage onto the dough.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/5 of the mozzarella cheese over the ingredients.

Shake some coarse black pepper over.

Spread tomato-chili sauce around the edge of the ingredients.

Place on the baking tray.

11. Bake the dough in the lower rack of a preheated oven set at 190 degree Celsius for about 20 to 22 minutes, or till the crust turns golden.

12. Allow the buns to cool down slightly before enjoying :)
