Ingredients:
250ml organic soy milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt (adjust according to your taste)
Dash of seasoning
Direction:
1. Prepare thick soya milk using Joyoung soya milk machine if you have one. Otherwise, bought unsweetened soya milk from supermart.

2. Measure 250ml of soya milk. Season it with salt and seasoning powder. You may taste the soy milk while adjusting the seasoning amount.

3. Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl.

Add salt and seasoning to the soy milk, before mixing with the beaten egg. |
Add seasoned soya milk to the egg mixture |
5. Strain the egg soy milk mixture using a siever.
Strain the soya egg mixture to remove the egg white |
Avoid steaming in high heat, as this will result in a porous tofu.
Cover the lid to steam |
