Strawberry & Milk Smoothie

Yield: 4 servings

An easy to prepare smoothie using simple ingredients. No whipping cream, nor ice cream. Although the strawberries were red and sweet-looking, they were sour. Therefore, I needed to add in substantial amount of sweet stuffs like honey and condensed milk to make a delectable smoothie :P

Ingredients
1 punnet fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
Fresh milk
Condensed milk
Honey
1 tray of ice cubes

Keep the diced strawberries in freezer for about 6 hours for better result. The smoothie won't be too watery.

The quantity of each ingredients can be adjusted according to one's taste :)
1st layer - red
Strawberry
Honey
Ice cubes
Some iced water

Blend all ingredients and pour into glasses.

2nd layer - pink
Strawberry
Fresh milk
Condensed milk
Ice cubes

Blend all ingredients and spoon on top of the first layer.

3rd layer - beige
Ice cubes
Fresh milk (enough to just submerge the ice cubes)
Condensed milk

Blend all ingredients and spoon over the second layer.

You may store the blended smoothies in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes  to "harden" them slightly. This will help in forming more distinct layers in the glasses.

Using iced strawberries, the smoothie is thicker and has more distinct layers :)
