Fruity Lychee Mango Ice Jelly

A very simple yet refreshing fruity dessert that helps to turn tart strawberry and kiwi fruit palatable :)

Yield: 4 servings

1 small can lychee in syrup, 140g
4 strawberries
1 green kiwi fruit
1 cup golden mango jelly
1 tray ice cubes

1. Wash and cut strawberries and kiwi fruit into bit size. Set aside.
Cut one cup of mango jelly into small bite size and divide among 4 cups.

2. Divide the lychee among 4 cups. Keep the syrup for later use.

3. Pour some ice cubes into the cups, then add in strawberries and kiwi.

4. Pour the syrup over the fruits and enjoy immediately :)
