Yield: 4 dessert cups
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp condensed milk, 50g
250g low fat milk, cold
Whipped cream
1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
Directions
1. Cut mango into cubes. Set aside.
2. Scoop avocado fresh into a blender.
3. Pour in condensed milk and low fat milk. Blend into avocado shake.
4. Place some mango cubes into the serving cups. Then pour in the avocado shake. Top up with whipped cream and the remaining mango cubes. Enjoy :)
