Gula melaka or palm sugar flavoured sweetened coconut prepared as bread filling. The quantity, being divided into two cups, each weighs about 166g, allowed me to bake two batches of coconut buns.

Ingredients
9g coconut oil
100g gula melaka/palm sugar, chopped coarsely
25g water
5g fresh pandan leaves, cut into short lengths
1g low-sodium salt
250g grated fresh coconut
3g glutinuous rice flour
15g water
